IO Data will be releasing theDiXiM HVL4-G2.0 NAS for the new Regza ZH500s. It’s compliant with the latest DLNA / DTCP-IP standards to record TV shows with the network, space for four drives up to 2 TB in a RAID 5 array, for a space room of up to 1.5 TB, records on Toshiba’s TVs only as of right now, and can be found in Japan later this month for 111,615 or $1,090 US.
Google has announced a new application that can be post-SNS. Social Graph API allows people to connect to others through existing websites such as blogs.
With so many websites to join, users must decide where to invest significant time in adding their same connections over and over. For developers, this means it is difficult to build successful web applications that hinge upon a critical mass of users for content and interaction. With the Social Graph API, developers can now utilize public connections their users have already created in other web services. It makes information about public connections between people easily available and useful.
I think this application is for only “geeks”, like me, not for those people who have only Facebook account to connect people online.
